Dr. Hina Fatima
Dr. Hina Fatima received Master of Economics from Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, Master of Philosophy from International Islamic University, Islamabad, PhD from Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi and PhD research Fellowship from West Texas A&M University, USA. She is one of the key editorial members of Jinnah Business & Economic Research Journal and the Editor of Jinnah Research Bulletin. Currently, she is serving as associate professor and associate dean of Faculty of Business Administration (FoBA).
Dr. Ghulam Muhammad
Dr. Ghulam Muhammad has more than 18 years of experience in Research, Training, Teaching and working as an HR Head. He has done Ph.D in HR, secured a Gold Medal in MS (HR) and Won numerous international Research Grants from HEC. His areas of expertise are HR Analytics, HR Audit and HR transformation. He visited several countries, wrote a book and presented or published 47 research papers in internationally renowned journals and conference proceedings. He also organized national and international conferences. He is involved in conducting and arranging training, workshops and seminars for industry professionals, faculty members, students and the General Public. He worked as a Director Business Research Center and Deputy Director ORIC. He has been involved in social work since 2004. Currently he is Working as an Assistant Professor and HoD, Department of Management Science at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi.
Syed Ghazanfer Inam
Mr. M. Saeed Mujahid is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. Mr. Saeed holds two masters’ degrees, MS(MS) from SZABIST and MBA from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. Prior to teaching, he had been associated with the manufacturing industry for more than a decade both as a manufacturer cum exporter. Now, as an academician and researcher in Mohammad Ali Jinnah University.
Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Shamsi
Mr. M. Ibrahim Shamsi is a PhD scholar in the field of Supply Chain Management from Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia. He earned MBA (Supply Chain Management) & MSc (Statistics) degrees with more than 15 years of teaching experience as full time Teacher in the Department of Statistics, University of Karachi, IQRA University, FAST-National University of Computer and Emerging Science, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science & Technology-SZABIST and MAJU- Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. Moreover, apart from teaching and research Mr. Shamsi served on various administrative portfolios University, Faculty and Department wise. Such as Focal Person of NBEAC, Coordinator of Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), Head of Quality Assurance Committee (Management Science Department), Member of Exam Vigilance Committee, Member of Canteen Committee, Member of Students Affairs advisory team, Head of Business Administration Society and QEC representative in various Board of Faculties and Board of Studies meetings. Mr. Shamsi is proud to be a part of such a QEC team who achieved the most awaited and needed milestone.
Dr. Muhammad Omer Rafiq
Mufti Muhammad Omer Rafique is a Lecturer at MAJU. He has done his MPhil from University of Karachi, Pakistan and M.A. Arabic and Islamic Studies, Certified by University of Karachi and HEC. He has also done his bachelors of Commerce from University of Karachi. Mr. Omer has more than 6 years of Academic & Industry experience including Teaching & Research experience of more than 4 years with prestigious institutions like University of Karachi (Master of Islamic Banking and Finance), Bahria University and PAF KEIT. Besides teaching, his corporate experience includes Shariah Consultancy as Shariah Advisor & Analyst in Uboodiyah business Model and other Consultancy firms. He has also worked for organizations as Shariah Consultant at Indus Hospital, qordata, NTC auto parts, IBICO office products etc. He has worked as a trainer in various organizations and delivered training in different areas of Islamic Finance like: Shariah Audit, Musharaka and Stock Exchange, the fiqh of business contracts (2020) etc. Awarded Two Consecutive First positions in all over Pakistan Shariah Exams in 2013 and 2014. He is a voluntary Authorized Fatwa writer at Darul-Ifta for online queries, Jamia-tul-Uloom-il-Islaamiyyah, Bannori Town Karachi since 2017 after two-year training since 2015.
Hasan Javid
Mr. Hasan Javid is an Assistant Professor at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. He completed his MBA Marketing from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Mr. Hasan has been in Academia for over 10 years. He has taught a large variety of marketing and management subjects. Prior to this, he worked with various industries including textiles (Marketing Executive in Rupafab (Pvt.) Ltd), tobacco (Pakistan Tobacco Company where he worked on well-known brands like John Player Gold Leaf and Benson & Hedges as Brand Executive, beverages (Assistant General Manager in Haidri Beverages (Pvt.) Ltd) and financial services (General Manager Marketing, Eastern Capital Ltd.) In Pakistan Tobacco, he launched the first consumer and trade promotions for John Player Gold Lead and Benson & Hedges. In addition, he developed a restaurant merchandising strategy for these brands in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Later on, he discharged his responsibilities as Research Manager. These included conducting large scale annual household surveys for the company as well as market research monitoring of all consumer and trade promotions launched by the company.
Uzma Khan
Ms. Uzma Khan has been working at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University since 2009, as an Assistant Professor. She holds a MS degree in HR from Iqra University. She is also a mentor of the Entertainment Society at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. Member of various university committees such as Financial Assistance committee, Canteen Committee, Gender Harassment Committee & Girls Proctor Committee. Organized events like Annual dinner, Girl’s Day, Art Competition, Welcome Party, Culture Day, Singing Competition, 14th August Celebration, Picnic. Received Gold medal as a teacher in 2015.
Asim Mehboob
Mr. Asim Mehboob is serving as a Senior Lecturer at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. Mr. Asim has almost 22 years of experience which includes corporate and teaching experience at leading academic institutions at various levels in Pakistan and abroad. He holds six Masters degrees in different domains; M.Phil. in Finance, Master of Law, M.Phil. in Social Sciences, MBA, MA Economics and M. Com. He is an active member of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA Canada), Certified General Accountant (CGA Canada) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA U.K), also worked as Head of commerce department and Program coordinator in different Institutes and Colleges.
Mariam Iqbal
Ms. Maryam Iqbal is a Lecturer at MAJU. She has done her master’s in Supply Chain Management. Ms. Maryam has more than 5 years of work experience, both in corporate and teaching. Prior to teaching, she worked as an assistant manager of pricing in the logistics department. Other than educational achievements, she has played in the World Cup in Roll Ball and represented Pakistan in Thailand and Bangladesh. She has also taken part in many social works.
